We offer two distinct services for the Landlord and Tenant market to cover mid-term and end-of-lease cleans.

 

End of Term Cleans / Non-Occupancy

AprilClean offers this service as a high specification cleanse. It is designed to attract new business lettings and to showcase your property to a high standard.

Tenants have the peace of mind that the property is being returned in a rightful state to ensure the return ofany bonding payment.

A typical property improvement clean will include:

Kitchen 

  • All kitchen cupboards and drawers inside and out
  • Disinfect sink and taps
  • Degrease inside/outside of your cooker and oven
  • Sanitise your fridge, *freezer and microwave (*freezers must be defrosted prior to appointment)
  • Thoroughly cleanse all kitchen surfaces
  • Clean outside of dishwasher and washing machine and all other kitchen utensils
  • Clean inside of windows and sills
  • Scrub and disinfect kitchen floor
  • Removal of rubbish 

Bathroom and toilets 

  • Scrub and disinfect all sanitary ware to include bath, sink, shower and tiles
  • Polish mirrors and windows
  • Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors
  • Clean inside of windows and sills
  • Removal of rubbish 

Bedrooms and Living areas: 

  • Clean all door frames, window ledges, skirting boards and radiators
  • Vacuum all carpets and scrub hardwood/tiled floors
  • Clean and dust all furniture, mirrors and pictures
  • Vacuum, turn and air beds
  • Vacuum sofa and chairs
  • Clean inside of windows and sills
  • Option of a carpet cleaning service
  • Removal of rubbish 

*All appliances and surfaces will be cleaned to the highest possible standard. However, we cannot be held liable for appliances or surfaces that are in a poor state or ingrained with dirt and unable to be removed by cleaning products.


Time-scale Guidelines and Average Rates - No hidden charges


    • 1 Bedroom flat requires on average 10 hours -     £135
    • 2 Bedroom flat requires on average 12 hours -     £162
    • 2 Bedroom house requires on average 14 hours - £189
    • 3 Bedroom house requires on average 16 hours - £216

Mid-Term Occupied Clean

 

You can expect the same service as with the non-occupied clean. The only difference is that this service can typically take longer due to occupancy.
