Q Can I meet the cleaner?
A Yes, we have several members of the team to suit your needs. If you are unhappy with our choice we can change the staff member.
Q Are you insured?
A Yes, we are insured with a leading supplier and are covered for all damages.
Q Do I have to stay at home when the cleaner comes to me?
A Its entirely up to you. We operate a safe and secure key-holding service in order to offer you flexibility in the times we attend.
Q Will I have the same cleaner every week?
A Yes, we would suggest the same person attends each week as this gives us the opportunity to get to know your likes and dislikes.
Q What happens if I move house?
A We move with you. We will change your account to your new home
Q What will happen if my cleaner is on holiday and I still need cleaning at home?
A We provide holiday cover supported by an alternative staff member who will be familiar with your routine.
Q What if I go on holiday or wish to cancel?
A All we ask is one weeks notice period.
Q What do I do if the cleaner does not arrive as arranged?
A In the unlikely event of this happening, contact the AprilClean office and we will rectify the situation immediately.
Q Is there a minimum number of hours per visit?
A Usually one hour but should you require a shorter time this too is available. Just let us know what you require.
